How My Relocation Program Works:

Prior to Arrival

• We will call to welcome the prospects to the city and advise them of the services they can expect from us.

• Information on civic and cultural Indianapolis will be sent to your prospects. This complete welcome box will provide an introduction to our city. Every effort will be made by us to include information on areas of special interest to all family members.

• We will offer assistance with motel/hotel/auto reservations.

While in Indianapolis

• Our day-by-day itinerary will be planned and offered subject to the family's approval. The buyer's time in our area will be spent very wisely. Homes most nearly matching the prospect's requirements will be offered for viewing.

• We will provide a detailed and thorough explanation of financing methods. Financing in the best interest of the buyer will be sought. A complete review of all forms, procedures and closing costs will be presented.

• If temporary housing is required, we will make every effort to secure a list of accommodations best suited to their needs.

Negotiations

• We will handle all negotiations- conditions of sale, earnest money, financing, inspections, title work, insurance, closing, possession and other necessary details efficiently.

Prior to Closing

• We will check to determine that all contingencies, terms and conditions agreed upon in the Offer to Purchase have been met.

• Before the closing, all figures will be reviewed by us to insure an efficient and smooth transaction.

• We will accompany the buyer to the closing.
